Tanya Lowery is a native of Monroe, LA. After graduating from Ouachita Christian School, she joined the U.S. ARMY. Upon discharge from the military, she began studying at Northeast Louisiana University (now University of Louisiana at Monroe) where she was an accounting major. Her interest in real estate began when she was looking to purchase her first home in 1996. After going through the process and some encouragement from the real estate broker she used, she changed her major to Real Estate and has never looked back.
Being in the real estate industry since 1999, she has continued to pursue additional education in the real estate field to stay abreast of market trends and current laws and legislation. She has earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate, Real Estate Broker’s license, the designations of Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), and is a graduate of the Louisiana Realtor Association Leadership Program. In addition, she completes numerous continuing education courses each year.
She is a member of the Northeast Louisiana Association of Realtors®, Louisiana Realtors Association, REBAC Council, SRS Council, and National Association of Realtors®. Tanya has served on several local committees as well as the Board of Directors for the Northeast Louisiana Association of Realtors® and is a Past Chair of the Professional Standards Committee for the Northeast Louisiana Realtors Association. She has also served on numerous committees with the Louisiana Realtors Association. Tanya was the youngest broker in the area when she received her broker’s license.
Her parents started the Money Saver (a local weekly shopper paper) when she was a child where she learned how to do layout and design work for advertising. Tanya has also earned a Web Database Development Programmer Certificate and Web Design Certificate from LSU. She has been published in This Old House Magazine - July/August 2007 Issue.
She is the Broker and Co-Owner with her husband Keith Lowery. Together they have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. In staying with her military background, she is an avid hunter and also likes horseback riding and fishing.

Gene Crain, a life long resident of Northeast Louisiana, has been in the real estate industry for over 15 years. Gene’s interest in real estate began years ago while working with the Louisiana Department of Agriculture. Throughout his tenure with the Ag Department, Gene was able to spend countless hours traveling across North Louisiana. Roger was born in Jonesboro, Louisiana and shortly after that his family moved to the Monroe Louisiana area. He has been a resident of Monroe since that time.
His father, Harold Crawley, started Acme Cleaners in 1951. This business was in their family for 50 years. After his father retired, he and his brother ran this business. He was manager of the carpet & upholstery cleaning division. The company also had a disaster restoration service, consisting of water and fire damage restoration. Roger achieved the distinction of Certified Restorer from the National Institute of Fire Restoration, being the 24th in the country and the only Certified Restorer in Louisiana for many years. After his brother passed away, he sold the business and purchased Reciprocal Services, Inc.
Reciprocal Services Inc. was renamed The North Louisiana Trade Exchange, which he and his wife currently own and manage. The North Louisiana Trade Exchange is a barter & trade group consisting of many business that barter or trade what they have for what they want. It is businesses trading with each other.
Roger has been a Hunter Education Instructor for the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries for over 26 years. During his volunteer service with the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries, he has been awarded the Instructor of the Year for this district 5 times. He was also selected to receive the Todd Roberts Lifetime Achievement Award in 2010. This is given to one instructor in the state for their contribution to Hunter Education.
Roger is also a Louisiana State Police Certified Concealed Carry Instructor, a NRA Certified Pistol Instructor, a NRA Benefactor Member, a NRA Recruiter, a United States Concealed Carry Association Affiliate Instructor and a Second Call Defense recruiter.

In 1999, after 17 years with Entergy Corporation, Keith joined the real estate industry. Since then, he has earned the designations of Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), completed “The Next Level” (10 wk training course), and the Louisiana Realtor Association Leadership Program. Keith has also obtained his Broker’s and Auctioneer’s licenses.
Keith is a Past President of the Northeast Louisiana Association of Realtors and served many years on the Board of Directors, numerous committees, and sat on the Board of Directors for the Louisiana Realtor Association.
